The Part Time, Tailor is responsible for connecting with our customers to ensure Under Armour gear fits in a way that is custom to their needs. They will provide flawless, high-quality, timely alterations that exceed customer expectations. Our customers will leave feeling a unique and elevated experience at our Campus store. We count on our Part Time Associate, Tailor to: • Assess customers’ needs to provide flawless alteration support to ensure their needs are met. Take customer measurements. • Detailed and accurately record customer information to prevent errors. • Execute seamless high-quality hemming by providing a unique experience that meets the needs of the customer. Alter garments to improve the fit for the athlete. • Model a first-class customer service – someone who loves helping customers and loves to train their team to do the same. • Implement initiatives to personalize the shopping experience and build customer relationships and drive brand connection. • Deliver on KPIs that support growth of the department • Observe athlete shopping behaviors and actively listen to their needs to provide suggestions on alterations. • Promote UA Rewards to build customer base and long-term athlete relationships.
