Ā· Overseeing the dining room:
o Check-in with customers
o Balance seating capacity
Ā· Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction/respond efficiently to customer complaints
Ā· Regularly review product quality
Ā· Appraise staff performance, providing feedback to improve productivity
Ā· Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Ā· Manage restaurantās good image and suggest ways to improve it
Ā· Help control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Ā· Create reports on nightly and weekly sales
Ā· Acute financial management skills (for nightly and weekly paperwork)
Ā· Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Ā· Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Ā· Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role (1 to 3 years of corporate experience)
Ā· Food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
Ā· Familiarity with POS Systems
Ā· Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Ā· Lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.
