REPORTING TO: Accounting Controller, Human Resources Manager
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Full Time (30 hours/week)
p>Under the auspices of the Henry Predolin College of Health Sciences (HPCoHS) Dean and the School of Nursing and Health Sciences (SoN) Associate Dean of, the Graduate Clinical Coordinator is responsible for securing, maintaining, and initiating new clinical and practicum site placements that meet the educational needs of graduate and doctoral students. Successful record of leadership and accomplishment in areas such as: Partnership development; Recruitment; Negotiating between faculty, students, and preceptor with academic concerns; Strategic planning; Administration of exemplary academic programs with success in improving educational outcomes and student retention.
General Function: Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service Responsible for store accounting which includes posting sales, scans checks for back office conversion, cash accountability (completes deposit and balances system), accounts/expense payable, accounts receivable, and some inventory procedures. Reporting Relations: Accountable and Reports to District Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Managers of Store Operations, Perishables, and Health Wellness Home; Lead Store Accounting Coordinator.

Ensures assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental and psychosocial status of each resident; ensures accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided; ensures appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy. Responsible for the direction and administration of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements.
li>Must have a strong customer focus and demonstrate the ability to build relationships internally and externally with a focus on meeting or exceeding service expectations. Must have good organizational and time management skills, as well as, have the ability to meet deadlines with appropriate attention to detail in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment.
