The administrator will work closely with the Information Resources team to ensure system reliability, security, and operational efficiency while supporting both on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
A key focus of the position is assisting with strategic infrastructure projects, including migrating on-premises Microsoft Exchange to Microsoft 365 and analyzing, restructuring, and administering Active Directory. The role also provides support for network-related technologies, including firewalls, SIEM solutions, switches, and wireless infrastructure, as well as documentation, user administration, and help desk support.
