p>Job Requirements: • 6 years of professional experience in a talent/recruitment function or 3+ years of sourcing experience in corporate recruiting function, professional search, or agency staffing environment to include several of the following: • executive/professional pipeline development • cold calling • sourcing • sourcing for hard to fill/high volume roles • use/knowledge of assessment tools and strategies • candidate and/or company marketing/branding • social networking and other internet channels • employment market research • analysis and implementation of new sourcing tools and methods • measurement of source/sourcing effectiveness • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred. As a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Team, the Talent Acquisition Scout (Scout) role is responsible for finding and attracting the best passive talent leads to the Mystic Lake Casino & Hotel and the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) by understanding our strategic talent needs, possessing detailed geographic, market and functional expertise, building relationships with sourcing leads and serving as a candidate advocate during the initial talent acquisition phase.
