WHAT YOU MUST HAVE;
- Master of Social Work or a Master’s degree in a related field and less than five (5) years of work experience in the field; a person with a Bachelor of Social Work or a related undergraduate degree with more than five (5) years related work experience; or a person with nine (9) years of experience in the field and no degree would qualify for this position.
JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Case Manager will assist with services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness who have been approved for RRH or Joint RRH/TH services In tandem with other members of the VOA Home team, the Case Manager will assist clients in accessing medical and mental health services, emergency and long-term housing, substance abuse services, and social services.
Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, social work, or a related field and/or minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the nonprofit sector. The Nonprofit Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects and programs within the organization.
li>Proficient in contract negotiations, with a strong track record of securing enterprise-wide agreements focused on optimizing service level commitments, cost savings and revenue returns. - Build and manage strategic relationships with portfolio vendors, developing a strong understanding of both vendor capabilities, franchise needs, and operational challenges.
