p>EXPERIENCE: To qualify based on experience, applicant must possess at least 1 year equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-11) with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position in the public or private sector advising and providing counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management; serving as a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Coordinator (SAPRC) to comply with Department of Defense (DoD) and/or National Guard Bureau (NGB) requirements to develop, manage, and assess climate and culture, prevention and response programs and activities for sexual assault and other areas of interpersonal violence and victim needs across the state, as directed by The Adjutant General (TAG) or agency heads; has experience providing services to a Brigade-level (or equivalent) Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARCs); experience reviewing expenditure plans, programs, guidelines, and validating budget utilization to address WY ARNG Sexual Assault Prevention and Response programs.
SAPR PERSONNEL RESTRICTIONS:
Per Chief National Guard Bureau Instruction (CNGBI) 1300.01, "National Guard (NG) Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program", NG members who are currently serving in the following positions are prohibited from serving as SARCs, Victim Advocates Coordinators, or SAPR Victim Advocates due to professional conflicts of interest.
