The Registration Representative/ Medical Records, interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Record reports to Office Manager and supervises no staff members is responsible for covering any aspect of the business office necessary.
