Skills required: o General MedSurg skills (foley insertion/care, peripheral IV placement/maintenance, bladder scans, NG tube placement/maintenance), chest tubes, trachs, wound care/dressing changes, central line/PICC/midline management, accessing ports. ā Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: o General MedSurg, neutropenic precautions, end of life care, hospice, respiratory issues, pneumonia, any oncology diagnosis, patients receiving chemo, "swing bedā patients, altered mental status.
