include, but not limited to: • Build strong supply chain talent within the sites through influential leadership and functional development • Lead strategic initiatives for supply chain across the region (material cost reductions, supplier consolidation, material management and supplier NC/NR maintenance, etc.) • Implement a framework for best practices in supply chain and inventory • Align processes with best practices among the various Creation Regions • Lead objectives related to the supply chain function (inventory turns, inventory level, material planning, contract and sourcing compliance) • Accountable for supply chain budget and project deliverables; secure and allocate appropriate resources to meet regional goals and achieve financial objectives • Drive continuous improvement activities within the Supply Chain function in order to develop successful performance platforms • Responsible for Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) related to Supply Chain in the Region (Direct Material Spend % to Revenue, Material Profitability (PPV), Inventory Turns, Excess and Obsolete, Load Vs. • Proficiency in operating a computer including using a Windows based operating systems and related software • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel (v-lookups, data filters, pivot tables etc.) • Excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal to interact effectively with all levels of the organization • Entrepreneurial spirit; thrives on autonomy and the challenges of continuous improvement • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate a compelling vision for the supply chain management and drive results while developing a strong team • Driven by a high degree of integrity, with cultural and core value alignment to Creation • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to work collaboratively with others • Must be detail oriented, organized, and have ability to inspire others • Leadership, interpersonal, team building, and coaching skills are essential • Strong learning mindset.
