Lead quality reporting and drive improvements in KPIs including Cost of Non-Quality, Field Failure Rates, zero hour return rates, Field Incidents, Complaint Resolution Time, customer NPS, Employee Engagement survey results, Delivery Reliability Metrics (DRM), and various advanced quality metrics related to FMEA action implementation, AQP maturity, etc.
