p>• Bachelor's Degree (engineering or technical preferred) from an ABET accredited program • 6-10 years quality assurance-related experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience working in an ISO 90000 manufacturing environment or equivalent • Demonstrated intermediate problem-solving skills - Root Cause Analysis/Problem Solving Methods (8-D, PDCA, DMAIC) • Demonstrated advanced problem-solving and training skills (Certified 6S Master Black Belt or equivalent) • Demonstrated knowledge of advanced Lean principles and methods (Certified Lean/6-Sig, Value Stream Mapping, RIE, Status Display) • Demonstrated basic understanding and training in at least three of the following areas: • Probability and Statistics • Industrial statistics (Cpk, MSA, SPC) • QA Tools (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans) • Design of Experiments • Able to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings/documentation from three and able to create technical drawings/documentation in at least one of the following disciplines: • Pneumatics • Data acquisition/Gauging • Mechanical Design • Electronics and sensors • Chemical formula preparation. • Working knowledge of Injection Molding equipment and processes • Working knowledge of machined part equipment and processes • Working knowledge of advanced Lean principles and methods (Value Stream Mapping, RIE, Status Display, 6S, Continuous Flow) • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt • Certified quality engineer/Certified manager of quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) • Demonstrates a passion and a responsibility for consumer • Exhibit a passion for the company's Essence, Global Imperatives, Corporate Direction • Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes • Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development • Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills • Experience in quality management systems • Experience in quality system audits.
