Reporting directly to the Manager of Commercial Valuations or the Manager of Special Properties (as assigned), the Industrial and Commercial (I/C) Valuations Senior Analyst I is responsible for determining the assessed values of industrial and commercial properties in Cook County and analyzing appeals and certificates of error related to the valuation of those properties. Researches and uses information submitted on behalf of the taxpayer and data collected from third-party data platforms, the CCAO systems and databases, and other office technology to make valuation determinations and assessment decisions.
