The Custodial Supervisor conducts regular inspections to maintain quality control, manages custodial equipment and supplies, tests and evaluates new products, and establishes floor care schedules to ensure uniform cosmetic appearance of tile and carpeted surfaces. This position serves as a liaison with Student Union personnel, responds to occupant concerns, reports building maintenance issues, maintains required departmental records, and assists the Director and Assistant Director for Building Operations with planning, budgeting, meetings, and overall departmental needs.
