Production Execution and Equipment Operation • Verifies product specifications according to manufacturing orders and recipes • Operates ovens and monitors cook cycles, including smoke generator maintenance • Loads and unloads racks, pushes product into coolers, and ensures proper cool down • Sets up, operates, and tears down equipment with minimal oversight • Performs general packing, boxing, and product trimming tasks • Operates pallet jacks and hand jacks efficiently. Core Requirements: • Must be 18 years of age or older • High School Diploma or equivalent • Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow instructions • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds • Ability to work in hot/cold environments and perform physical tasks throughout the shift • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
