Working in collaboration with colleagues in EJ Labs, Engineering, Data, Product Management, Experience, and the respective Business and Functional areas , the Director, AI Product Manager ensures that AI models and agents deliver measurable value, maintain performance through ongoing monitoring, and support firmwide strategic objectives through shared AI capability development. Unlike ‑Product Managers within the Digital Product Management organization, this role treats AI itself as the product-owning firmwide, reusable, and scalable AI models and agents that power multiple downstream experiences rather than discrete applications.
