Equivalent to possession of a Masters degree with major coursework in social services, counseling, psychology or other appropriate field and five years of experience, including supervisory and/or administrative experience in a mental health or human services program.
Under direction, provides oversight and programmatic development, coordination and implementation for multiple and/or complex programs or service delivery systems in the Department of Health and Human Services-Mental Health; performs administrative oversight of integrated programs and program support; performs related work as assigned.
