Operates within a matrix organizational structure requiring close collaboration, cooperation and effective working relationships with peer group and administration, senior leadership, and facility management; leaders of the various corporate support functions such as finance, human resources, marketing, physician services, planning, clinical effectiveness, risk management, medical staff services, HIM, etc; physicians and physician leaders both at the facility and corporate levels; and with various other external and internal stakeholders. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, evaluating and providing leadership and day-to-day administration of all operations for several outpatient behavioral clinics as well as consultative leadership for an acute psychiatric care facility, ensuring compliance with established objectives and the realization of quality, economical health care services.
