Performs medical record reviews and clinical interviews, performs medical assessments & evaluations, makes diagnoses/ renders medical opinions, and develops a comprehensive treatment plan to include appropriate diagnostic testing, medication management/therapy, and specialty/subspecialty care referral where appropriate. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Managers in the facilitation of maintenance, leasing of vacancies, inspections, communication between property owners and tenants, and oversight of the property, including, but not limited to the specific tasks as outlined below.
