Examples of specialized experience includes Knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, and practices of the CAP and CAP-USAF, including general knowledge of grant application and oversight, evaluative/analytical process, program management and administrative processes; Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of CAP program operations carried out by technical and administrative personnel, or substantive administrative support functions (i.e., supply, budget, procurement, or personnel, line or program operations ); Knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies and precedents that affect the use of program and related support resources (people, money, or equipment) in the area studied.
