Job Description Concierge / Membership-Based Primary Care Physician Overview
An established, physician-led concierge medical practice is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its collaborative, relationship-focused care model. This practice emphasizes high-touch, personalized, and longitudinal care, allowing physicians to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering evidence-based medicine.
This is an exciting opportunity to find worklife balance, great community, and physician autonomyGroup of neurology, neurophysiology, clinical psychology, physical, occupational and speech therapy is supported by NP assistance. The primary focus of this role is patient evaluation, triage, and care coordination — guiding patients through their treatment journey and referring them to pain management physicians for procedures as appropriate. This is a salaried position

Will see 20-30 patients per day
Board certified preferred
They want a hard working but patient friendly physician
Well trained, board certified Doc with Good bedside manner who doesn't want to be on call or in hospital but prefers office care,
Spanish fluency would help, but not required!
30 patients per day is about 220k base plus benefits which are worth about 15% at least.
More than 30 patients per day will earn more, Delivering babies is optional, your choice.
