Using proper personal protective equipment (PPE): Cleans ovens by scraping interior, applying cleaning agent, wiping inside oven and base; Starts oven on clean cycle; Cleans oven hood by spraying and wiping with degreasing compound; Empties and cleans grease traps on ovens; Empties and cleans grease caddy; Cleans skewers using power soak skewer tank. Cleans and sanitizes deli work areas including deli prep room, rotisserie chicken room, chicken prep area.

Service Deli Clerk

Performs routine maintenance and repairs for warehouse and ancillary business machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, HVAC equipment, refrigeration units, ovens, scales, wrappers, compactor, baler, and dock plates. Participates in janitorial duties, cleans floors with the floor scrubbing machine, empties garbage, pulls cardboard, cleans office, break room and restrooms.

Maintenance Clerk

Helps members to load large items in their cart and auto, directs members to products, and relates product status knowledge. Stacks bed-loaded merchandise or merchandise from damaged or unacceptable pallets onto Costco-approved pallets.

Receiving Clerk

Keys membership information into computer, keeps logs and paperwork, obtains supervisor approvals when necessary. Physically checks item availability in the warehouse, directs members to product and service locations.
