- Assembles patients’ health information including patient symptoms and medical history, exam results, X-ray reports, lab tests, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Duties include coordinating and ensuring completion of the referrals with physicians, hospitals and other community services, scheduling patients for follow-up visits, assisting patients with questions and concerns related to delivery system access.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the clinic for opening each day by reviewing the facility, opening all systems applications, and preparing new patient registration packets and required documents.
