Reporting to the Senior Vice President, People Partners, this individual will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy, influencing decision-making, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and people priorities.This role will primarily support our Performance & Risk and Marketing business units, partnering closely with their leadership teams to deliver impactful HR solutions.Our ideal candidate is a seasoned HR business partner with deep generalist expertise and a proven ability to navigate complexity. Comfort with ambiguity, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute with precision are essential.Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategic Partnership: Serve as a highly integrated advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategies, and change management.</li><li>Organizational Effectiveness: Assess organizational health and effectiveness, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve performance, engagement, and retention.</li><li>Executive Coaching & Influence: Build trusted relationships with leaders, offering counsel on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and talent development.</li><li>Employee Experience & Relations: Oversee complex employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment; ensure a fair and consistent approach aligned with company values.</li><li>Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to identify patterns, diagnose root causes, and inform strategic decisions related to talent, performance, and organizational priorities.</li><li>Program Leadership: Drive execution of company-wide HR programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Operations, Finance, and Legal to deliver integrated solutions across the organization.</li><li>Culture Champion: Model and promote our collaborative, high-performance culture; act as a role model for integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.</li><li>10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role supporting executive teams.</li><li>Proven success in a global, high-growth environment; experience in FinTech or Technology industries strongly preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, drive organizational change, and deliver strategic HR solutions.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact.</li><li>Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presence.</li><li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HR technology platforms and analytics tools.</li></ul>BenefitsThe base salary range for this role is $155,000 to $180,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
