This role is responsible for managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive and memorable guest experience. Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation.
