Key Responsibilities include learning Servpro processes according to job type, loading & unloading the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project daily, preparing rooms/areas for work activities, cleaning vehicles and equipment daily, performing job specific tasks as instructed by lead technicians, crew chiefs, and production managers, performing daily jobsite cleanup and breakdown, performing daily vehicle maintenance, performing daily, weekly, monthly, annual equipment maintenance, performing weekly facility maintenance, communicating facility, equipment and vehicle issues to crew chiefs and management, understanding and following safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office, and while traveling, attending all assigned training, and assisting other departments as needed. Qualifications include a valid drivers license required, flexible schedule (frequently work past 5pm, work nights and weekends as needed), ability to participate on the on call schedule required, reliable transportation to and from work, willingness to learn and be trained the Servpro way, ability to work with others in a team environment, ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary for storm events, ability to successfully complete a background check clear of criminal history subject to state and federal law, and IICRC certifications preferred (but not required).
