Job Duties: Duties will include but not limited to: Provides regional management and oversight of MNA/KMA programs, courses, instructors, and testing including advisory committee and regional webpages, duties include maintaining training and testing records, overseeing clinical rotation needs, management of clinical Memorandums of Agreement, reporting, ordering of equipment and additional duties as needed. Manage instruction of MNA/KMA courses to include; teaching of courses, schedule/oversee MOI and MOI Train the Trainer course to qualified nurses, develop class schedules, recruit, supervise and train instructors, conduct evaluation of instructors and verify compliance of faculty and staff.
