The Director will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, drive consistency in design and delivery, support business development efforts, and partner closely with operations, project management, and field services to deliver high‑quality systems integration solutions to Shermco’s customers. Overview: The Director of Engineering and Controls is a senior technical and leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of engineering, panel building and control systems activities within Shermco’s Systems Integration Group.
