Key Responsibilities• Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and field observations• Monitor industrial cleaning and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company, customer, and OSHA requirements• Verify proper use of PPE and safe work practices• Assist with confined space entry permits, lockout/tagout procedures, and other high-risk activities• Participate in pre-job planning meetings and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)• Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and employee safety discussions• Assist with incidents reports, near misses, and safety concerns and assist with corrective actions• Complete safety reports, observations, inspections, and electronic documentation• Work closely with supervisors, project leaders, and field personnel to identify and eliminate hazards• Promote a positive safety culture through coaching, communication, and accountability• Travel occasionally within the division to assist with audits, inspections, training, incident investigations, and operational supportRequired Qualifications• High school diploma or GED required• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required• Ability to pass required background screening, drug screening, and site-specific requirements• Ability to work overtime, outages, shutdowns, and schedule changes as business needs require• Ability to travel occasionally within the division to support customer locations and operational needs• Ability to work safely in industrial environments and wear all required PPE, including respirators• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the fieldPreferred Qualifications• Two or more years of experience in industrial safety, industrial cleaning, environmental services, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, refinery, steel mill, power plant, or similar industrial environments• OSHA 30 certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire• Knowledge of confined space entry, lockout/tagout (LOTO), fall protection, respiratory protection, and permit-required work activities• Experience conducting safety observations, inspections, audits, and incident investigations• First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferredPhysical Requirements• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions• Frequent walking throughout industrial facilities• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and elevated work areas• Ability to enter confined spaces when required• Ability to wear all required PPE, including respirators• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyWhy Join Our Team?• Competitive hourly pay of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour• Overtime opportunities• Stable, full-time employment• Opportunity to work with an experienced industrial services team• Ongoing training and professional development• Safety-focused culture that values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement• Opportunity to make a direct impact on employee safety and operational successIf you have industrial field experience, a strong commitment to workplace safety, and enjoy working directly with operations teams in the field, we encourage you to apply today.
