In this capacity, the Contractor will coordinate directly with Action Officers across the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) and the Capability Portfolio Executive for Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW), and with their respective Program Managers (PMs), FCDs, and associated staff elements. Enterprise Expertise: Proven ability to coordinate and deconflict efforts between requirement developers (e.g., Centers of Excellence / I-FCD) and materiel developers (e.g., PAEs / CPEs) to ensure alignment with broader Army and Department of War priorities.
