BA degree in psychology, social work or related field and one (1) or more years of experience-serving individuals with complex needs including SED youth/families and/or youth in residential settings, or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education) to include: Experience with the mental health, child welfare and/or juvenile probation systems. In collaboration with Clinician or Clinical Program Manager, supports assessment of children, families and environments to identify behaviors and other factors that indicate safety risks (i.e., suicide, violence/aggression, substance abuse, use of medication, etc.) develops a risk specific reactive and proactive safety plan.
