Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Youth Support Caregiver to provide individualized support for children and youth. This role focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment while helping youth develop confidence, independence, and daily life skills.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide one-on-one support and supervision for youth</li><li>Assist with daily routines, activities, and community engagement</li><li>Encourage social, emotional, and developmental growth</li><li>Support positive behaviors and follow individualized support plans when applicable</li><li>Assist with mobility or personal care as needed</li><li>Maintain open communication with families and care teams</li><li>Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with children or youth preferred</li><li>Patient, compassionate, and dependable</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain</li></ul>*Encompass Care uses E-verify to confirm employment eligibility*Job Type: Part-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
