The continuum of programs from the Marshall Teacher Residency and Marshall Intern Program through the Marshall Induction Program is designed to provide a coherent, individualized, supportive trajectory for early career teachers with a focus on developing the skills, habits, and mindset to be a high-quality, student-centered, data-driven, anti-racist educator. The Induction Mentor plays a critical role in implementing the induction program through in-person observation and coaching of participating teachers, monitoring progress towards goals and credentialing requirements, and collaborating with school leaders to support participating teachers in alignment with school priorities.
