Your Role: * Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) * Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) * Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes * Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and carryover across environments * Partner with interdisciplinary team members including SLPs, OTs, and PTs * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer guidelines * Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth Requirements * Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field * Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification * Active state licensure (if applicable) * Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills * Commitment to compassionate, family-centered and ethical ABA services Benefits Why Do BCBA's Choose H2 Health?
