This role works closely with their manager in a collaborative relationship. Primary duties include leading and mentoring the daily operations of nursing staff as well as development of the skill and knowledge base of the team. This position acts as a working supervisor, providing oversight while working alongside their team. They will actively participate in the screening and selection of new team members and provide onboarding and training for the staff alongside their manager. This is a full-time, benefited position and is considered essential personnel. In this position, you’ll lead utility exploration and designation and test hole efforts, oversee Level B and Level A investigations, and establish consistent standards for SUE delivery in accordance with ASCE 38-22. You’ll play a key role in developing internal SUE workflows, managing field and office coordination, and ensuring utility data is collected, interpreted, and delivered with a high level of technical accuracy.
