The North America Systems Engineering Operations organization supports our systems engineers and software solution architects in the deployment of our customer-driven, world-class, end-to-end solutions that rise to the challenges of first responder, government, carrier, utility, transportation, and enterprise customers. Unlike a traditional technical writer, this role requires an understanding of public safety software solutions such as Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile Applications, Records Management Systems (RMS), and Emergency Call Handling (ECH).
