Maintains competencies in procedures, processes, protocols, supplies, equipment, and critical care knowledge base (specifically: intra-aortic balloon pump, mechanical thrombectomy, dysrhythmia interpretation, hemodynamics, STEMI and arterial/venous embolization management and ACLS/BLS). Practice safe administration of medications (8 rights of medication administration) within the critical care setting based on age, weight, labs and medical condition of patient, and individualizes plan of administration.
