Responsilibilities include answering all incoming concerns/needs from all customers; key pick-up requests, handling transportation/routing on delivery questions, processing will call orders, providing customers with invoice copies, monitoring orders before cut- off, communicating regularly with the AE and customers, and managing the same day deliveries for OPCO. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong telephone communication skills, ablility to work in a fast pace environment, ability to sit and work at a P/C for extended periods and must be proficient in MS Office.
