HIRING SALARY RANGE: $89,000 - $134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)

You will become a technical subject matter expert, defining critical requirements for new processes and collaborating with engineers and scientists to evaluate material properties and ensure process integrity.

p>The Materials Supervisor is responsible for all internal material flow from incoming receiving/inspection to line side presentation for production, including end-of-line pick, pack and ship, de-trashing, all material movements, supermarket sizing and replenishment, and order picking for intra-plant deliveries. This will be measured by ongoing improvements in delivery performance (internal and external), cycle count progress, cycle count accuracy, uninterrupted material movement for production lines and efficient use of labor resources.

ICC certification in two or more of the following categories: Reinforced Concrete, Spray-applied Fireproofing, Structural Masonry, Prestressed/Post-Tensioned Concrete, Structural Steel - Bolting, Structural Steel - Welding. American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Level II certification in more than one of the following areas: Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT).

li>ICC certification in one or more of the following categories: Reinforced Concrete, Spray-applied Fireproofing, Structural Masonry, Prestressed/Post-Tensioned Concrete, Structural Steel - Bolting, Structural Steel - Welding.

Lead, Supervise, and direct materials staff development through education, training, coaching,

mentoring and certification in the execution of improvement priorities and the achievement of key.

• Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in warehouse management (ideally high-bay), line-side supply, and supermarket/Kanban systems or equivalent combination of education & experience.
  • Organization and coordination of daily operations for:
    • Goods receipt including commercial and quantity inspection .

li>Maintain delivery vehicles, including regular inspections, fueling, and scheduling necessary repairs to ensure reliable operation.

Dispatchers multitask with strong communication skills, maintaining efficient operations while ensuring that resources are scheduled when requested and directed where they are most needed.

• Answer and manage incoming calls and dispatch employees with appropriate skills or certifications to precise locations at necessary times.
