Ensure adequate daily coverage for meal service by communicating with the Culinary Services Director and/or Host/Hostess, including taking resident meal orders, providing beverage refills per resident or guest request, and assisting with cleaning, resetting, and preparation of the dining room between meal periods. The Sales Assistant plays a critical role in supporting community occupancy budget goals by coordinating an exceptional move-in experience, supporting relationship-based sales efforts, and serving as a liaison between prospective residents, families, and internal departments.
