Join our team as Counsel and play a pivotal role in shaping the legal strategy that drives our business forward. In this position, you work with our group health plan contracting team to draft and negotiate complex contracts, prepare legal memoranda, and contribute to major legal initiatives that impact our organization. We value professionals who combine sharp analytical skills with clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business insights. Experience with group health plan contracts or extensive drafting and negotiation of other types of complex contracts is highly preferred. Job Responsibilities + Provide legal support and guidance to business leaders throughout the Enterprise, including advising on legal considerations and risks affecting business initiatives and operations. + Develop and maintain strong, professional business relationships with internal and external clients. + Assists and supports more senior attorneys with management of legal matters and projects. + Draft and revise legal documents, including contracts and legal memoranda. Job Qualifications Education/Licensure + Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution + Must be a member of the TN bar, or licensed in another state and become a member of the TN bar as required by the state bar.
