Is able to work in uncomfortable physical conditions, including exposure to excessive heat or cold, wetness, humidity, odors, smoke, toxic agents, noise, vibrations, dusts, pollen, machinery hazards, electric currents, etc. Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent supplemented by one to two years of experience in facilities management, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
