This could require an annual physical; • Must be able to perform duties wearing personal protective equipment (Masks, gowns, security-related equipment, etc.), as required; • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, as well as an annual background check; • Effective written and oral communication skills a must (includes using proper grammar and spelling or report writing responsibilities); • Effective interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner; • Ability to use initiative and independent judgment; • Ability to frequently prepare written reports and provide quality customer service; • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations, calmly and efficiently. Our system of care includes six full-service hospitals, a specialized childrens hospital with a dedicated pediatric emergency unit, a comprehensive cancer care network, fitness and rehabilitation centers, a physician network, imaging centers, ambulatory services and the Baptist School of Health Professions.
