How we support you: Therapists in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health program have free in-house trainings every month, free clinical supervision, help with licensing exam prep, free CEU trainings, tuition reimbursement opportunities, access to Evidenced Based Practice Learning Cohorts, and a positive and supportive work environment in vibrant downtown Howell. On a given day in this role, you might connect families to services to help meet their basic needs, attend an IEP, Juvenile Court Proceeding or psychiatric assessment, provide individual & family therapy, attend a community-based workgroup, participate with a treatment team to provide crisis support and intervention, or provide psychoeducation or parenting education.
