1.0 SCOPE: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide a Music Worship leader which is required for contemporary Protestant worship services utilizing a Praise Band aboard Marine Corps Base-Hawaii (MCB-H), Kaneohe Bay. Any additional services or change to work specified which may be performed by the Worship leader, either at his own volition or at the request of an individual other than a duly appointed Contracting Officer (KO); except as may be explicitly authorized in the contract, will be done at the financial risk of the Worship leader.

The musician shall apprise the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Specialist (CS) and Chaplain of any malfunctions of the instruments and any required services needed to maintain the instruments musical integrity. As a component of the base, the Command Chaplain’s Office has the mission to develop personal and families of operating forces and the Camp Lejeune community for spiritual and personnel readiness through ministries, pastoral care, and the provision for and facilitation of the free exercise of religion.
