POSITION SUMMARY: The IT Co-op provides hands-on support to the Information Technology team while gaining practical experience in enterprise IT operations, user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, systems administration, cybersecurity practices, documentation, and project coordination. Under the direction of the IT Manager and designated IT team members, the IT Co-op will assist with day-to-day support requests, workstation setup, asset tracking, application support, process documentation, and technology improvement initiatives.
