p>The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for receiving, inventory management, storing, and distributing new linen, scrubs, and other production related supplies. p>• Stock Control: Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed to maintain optimal inventory; track parts usage and adjust minimum/maximum stock levels accordingly. • Support Maintenance Team: Assist the maintenance team in locating parts, provide backup assistance in managing urgent repair needs, and participate in annual physical inventory checks.
You’ll coordinate closely with the Quality/Garment Manager and Production Management team so the right items reach the right place—on time, every time. With an eye for detail, you verify counts of new linen, scrubs, and production supplies, organize stock locations, and keep records spotless.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is usually working inside; however, they will occasionally be outside and exposed to various weather conditions while performing such tasks as installing batteries and wiper blades. The employee is required to be able to talk and hear, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
