This position will provide advice and guidance to employees, managers, and administration regarding all areas of position development, recruitment and retention; counseling, disciplining and termination; performance appraisals; benefit and compensation issues; policy interpretation; compliance to legal and regulatory agencies to minimize legal and financial exposures to risk from human resource issues, and employee health related issues. Under the direction of the CEO the Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing Human Resource leadership, including planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of the HR functions.
