p>Job Summary: Acting as a member of the interdisciplinary group, and under the supervision of a registered nurse, the hospice aide's primary function is to provide personal care to clients and assist with activities of daily living, simple meal preparation, non-sterile wound care, and rehabilitation exercises in an effort to meet the patient's personal needs and promote comfort. Frequent exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, unclean environments, toxic substances, pharmaceutical preparations, hazardous and unsafe driving conditions, and other conditions common to delivery of health care.
As a PT Aide, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to ensure excellent patient care and support therapeutic treatments.
