Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating lead hazard reduction and healthy homes activities; monitoring program performance according to HUD regulations and grant requirements; supporting contractor development and workforce capacity-building efforts; coordinating outreach, education, and enrollment activities; maintaining program records and reporting systems; assisting with procurement and contract administration; supporting strategic planning and sustainability efforts; and performing additional tasks as assigned.

Must possess current lead hazard-related certifications including EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP), Lead Inspector, Risk Assessor, Lead Supervisor, or related certifications, or the ability to obtain required certifications within 120 days of hire.
